What is the MOQ?+
MOQ depends on the product and customization. Selected standard products start from 100 pieces.
How long does sampling take?+
Typical sample development takes 7-15 working days, depending on the product.
How long does production take?+
Standard production generally takes 20-40 working days after the product and order details have been approved.
Do you provide custom packaging?+
Yes. Custom packaging can be developed for private label and OEM projects.

What warranty do you offer on your products?+
All Aurevo watches and jewelry are covered by a standard 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. For warranty claims or after-sales support, please contact our team with your order details and we will arrange the appropriate resolution.
