Custom Logo Watch Program: From Dial Artwork to Bulk Production
A step-by-step look at how Aurevo turns your dial artwork, caseback engraving and packaging requirements into a production-ready custom logo watch program — with sample lead times, MOQ rules and QC checkpoints defined up front.

Sourcing a custom logo watch usually fails in one of two places: the branding does not survive production, or the supplier cannot repeat the same quality at your reorder volume. This page explains how Aurevo runs watch programs with your logo — from dial artwork to final inspection — so you can judge the fit before requesting a quotation.
How a Custom Logo Watch Is Produced at Aurevo
Every custom logo watch starts from an existing Aurevo case-and-dial platform or your own reference drawing. Your logo is applied to the dial using pad printing or a metal appliqué, depending on artwork size and finish. Samples are made first so you confirm the logo position, size and color before bulk production begins.
- Branding positions: dial logo, caseback engraving, crown and buckle marking, custom packaging.
- Sample stage: pre-production samples in 7–15 working days after artwork confirmation.
- Bulk production: 20–40 working days depending on case finish and strap material.

What Happens at Each Production Stage
Watch production at Aurevo runs through six controlled stages — case machining, dial and hand assembly, movement fitting, casing, water-resistance testing and final inspection. More than 40 quality-control stations cover incoming materials through finished-goods checks, so a logo program is inspected with the same discipline as our catalog production.
What MOQ applies if I only want my logo on the dial?
Logo printing on an existing Aurevo platform starts at 100 pieces per style. Full custom development — new case, new dial tooling or bespoke packaging — starts at 300 pieces.
How are samples and bulk lead times sequenced?
Pre-production samples take 7–15 working days after artwork approval. After sample sign-off, bulk production takes 20–40 working days depending on finish and strap type.
Can the watch carry my packaging instead of standard boxes?
Yes. Custom packaging is quoted with the watch program; artwork is confirmed together with the dial file so both arrive in the same sample round.
